In my art piece I did Rick from Rick and Morty on his knee singing, I used Prisma colored pencils for the whole project, I used Color, and form for the elements and proportion for the principle's.

I created this piece using Prisma colored pencils when I did this piece I layered the Prisma's and then blended them with the color I used when layering the colors I also used white to highlight some of the hair and tried to highlight some of the face. I used brown and black for the shoes and a verity of reds with black for the mouth, I also used 2 different reds for the tongue.

Justin Bua was the artist I was trying to emulate in this piece while using one of the main characters from the show Rick and Morty. My piece does not express anything in particular it was just something I wanted to try since I have never drew the character before and I really wanted to draw him. I tried to show him happy, and having fun not being serious at all.

My goals are to improve with my art and maybe perfect the use of Prisma's and other Medias because I do not use a lot of medias in my pieces when I draw. I don't think this piece helped me reach my goal at all I still am having trouble with Prisma's.

I did not learn anything from this project. I personally do not like my piece I don't like the colors I used, the colors I used mixed when I didn't want them too and I learned how what to do if I wanted to draw him again.

I did a flower pot with a twist on top and carved 2019,  4-14-01 and the Aries symbol which is the ram and the stars that represent Aries.  I used water base clay and used  color bust with multiple colors of the color burst on it I am planning on using it as either a flower plant or a makeup brush holder.

The media I used was water based clay, and then painted it with different types of colored burst glaze, I used my pencil to scratch the 2019, 4-14-01, Aries ram and the stars that represent Aries.

I decided to do the pot because I already did a coil pot and wanted to do another pot so I could decorate my room up some more.

My goal as a artist is try new techniques and to get better and improve my art works. This piece helped me more with clay because I really like clay and I feel with this piece it helped me more with using clay.

I didn't learn much from this project it just reminded me what we learned last year.  The final piece is kind of what I imagined it would turn out as it was not what I exactly hoped for but it is very close to it. This piece showed me what not to do when doing any clay pieces.

My piece is called life and death it is a skull with rainbow flowers of life around it and fake flowers glued in some spots on the canvas. The skull is outlined in rose gold while the face is a holographic white and the eyes and nose are black, the flowers of life are circles that over lap and are suppose to make multiple flowers, The background is a dark gray  that I made by mixing black and a holographic white.

I used acrylic paint for my piece, purple and blue flowers for my piece. I used hot glue to glue the flowers on and a empty paper towel roll to do the flowers of life all around the painting. I started off with my background and continued to paint the background and then when I did the skull I painted it white then painted over the white with the rose gold then I poured my paint out in the order of the rainbow and dipped my roll in it and continued to do that till my canvas was covered.

I was inspired by life and death I did the flowers of life over the skull to represent death is hidden behind life. My art piece expresses life is a beautiful lie and death is a ugly truth. I tried to show happiness and sadness in this piece.

My goal is to be a better artist and try using a media I like or haven't even tried and also have a hard time using, I feel like this piece helped me show patients. In my opinion this project didn't reach my goal because acrylic is easy and I already use a lot of times the only thing that kept messing me up was the skull because of the lines and I would mess up and have to repaint the whole background or even some of the face.

I learned how to somewhat do flowers of life and practice drawling a skull since I don't draw a lot of them. My final piece is not exactly what I expected it to look like but it is close. This piece did influence me and I learned if I did this again I would maybe not add the flowers of life and I would make the skull a bit more realistic and not so mean looking.
